With us, you can plan your arrival according to your own wishes. We will leave your room key in our key safe next to the front door. You will receive the necessary code from us shortly before your arrival. The room key locks both the room and the front door.

Room occupancy is normally possible from 13.00 hrs.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., please let us know by e-mail.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by approx. 10.00 am.

In order to make your arrival as pleasant as possible, all our guests receive a link for online check-in before arrival. This enables us to send you the guest card - WilderKaiserCard in advance by email.

If you arrive by train, for example, then the journey by public bus from Kufstein to Söll would already be free of charge.

The guest card is therefore your bus ticket during your stay. It also entitles you to numerous discounts in summer and winter.

We have designed our site to make it as easy as possible for you to make an inquiry or booking.

Simply click on the menu item "Book" and see when we still have availability. As soon as you have selected your preferred date, you can decide whether you want to book directly or make a non-binding inquiry first.

To confirm a booking, we charge a deposit of 40% of the total travel sum.

You will receive a booking confirmation with all the important details.

Our breakfast times are from 8.00 to 10.00 am.

We offer all our guests a small breakfast buffet. It includes various fresh rolls, wholemeal pastries, brown bread, breakfast cereals with milk or yoghurt.

Various homemade jams, honey, butter, cheese spreads and sausage spreads. We are happy to serve you various hot drinks and a glass of orange juice. Ham, sausage and cheese specialties from the region are included in the breakfast as well as a breakfast egg. Of course, fresh fruit is also included.

If you have one or more food intolerances, we ask for your understanding that we cannot cater to every special request of our guests. We kindly ask you to take care of this yourself and bring suitable food for intolerances. We will be happy to provide you with any further information about our products.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot make our kitchen available to guests.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Dogs are not allowed in our guesthouse. Thank you for your understanding.

Children receive a discount in a triple room from 2 full-paying guests.

0-3 years stay for free, 4-7 years get 50%, 8-12 years get 25%.

We recommend that all guests take out travel insurance. Something unpredictable can always happen. Likewise, something can happen during your vacation. You can avoid the unnecessary costs of cancellation or other unfortunate events such as mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue).

As a courtesy on our part, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to one month before arrival.

If you cancel within the last month up to one week before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total amount.

If you cancel within the last week, we will charge 90% of the room price.

In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.

Is it possible to buy drinks on the premises?

Unfortunately not. The supermarket right next to us offers a good opportunity to buy what you want.

Can the breakfast room be used as a lounge during the day?

As we prepare everything for breakfast the day before, we are unfortunately unable to make the breakfast room available to you as a lounge.

Is it possible to keep drinks or food cool?

There is a fridge (with freezer compartment) on each of the two floors for our guests to use. Compliance with hygiene regulations is a prerequisite. We ask that you only store well-packaged food and drinks in the fridge in advance.

Once the deposit has been paid, the remaining amount plus the tourist tax of € 2.50 per person (from 15 years of age) can be transferred conveniently by bank transfer before arrival to the bank account already known to you or paid in cash on site. The transfer should be planned so that the money arrives in our account before departure at the latest.

Our rooms are cleaned 6 days a week, except Sundays.

Our environment is very important to us and to avoid mountains of laundry, towels are changed twice a week.

A fridge is available to all guests on each floor.

Please note that electric cooking units and other appliances are not permitted in the rooms due to fire regulations. You are welcome to borrow small kettles from us.

Very often there are very specific room requests. We would like to point out to our guests that we are happy to fulfil your wishes, but cannot guarantee this. Due to the different arrival and departure times, especially in summer, we reserve the right to make room changes at short notice. Of course the booked room category remains the same.

Our rooms are 100% non-smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.

Smoking is of course permitted on the balconies or outside. Thank you for your understanding.
